I had such a pleasant service at a cafe. Met my prospect there.
The waitress, Hana, who served us, was just SO pleasant. She was so polite, always smiling.
When I got my bill, I thanked her for her excellent service. And complimented her for her good attitude.
What a gem...
Why cant everyone in the service industry be like her?
