Raw food?

A friend recently introduced the concept of raw food. Tasted a few dishes, not too bad.

Raw food is basically eating meals which are not cooked.

I think I can live with this, but not daily, since raw food also means eating mainly fruits and vegetables. I still need my protein source from meat.

I can eat raw food which are made of - carrots, tomatoes, lettuce, hmmm...This is basically it. Haha...

Exercise ?

Over the weekend, I went to an event. As a networker, I exchanged namecards to those around there.

One lady, whom is on the plus size was intrigued by my namecard. This is how the back of my namecard looks like:


She asked me what is the secret, how many kgs I lost. I said 18kg in 9 months. Next, she asked "Need to exercise ah?"

I said "Yes, if you want permanent solution"

Yes, there may be shortcuts such as FitLine Weight Management, but for permanent solution, it has to be exercise. Period.
