Ever since I came back from my trip to Australia, I have been making extra effort to eat more healthily. In Australia, due to the abundant fresh fruits, vegetables, muesli, I had plenty of those daily.
Back here in KL, it really takes lots of effort. For the past few weeks, I have been putting extra effort not to touch deep fried food (my sins are Keropok Lekor), to eat in at least 1 meal a day.
Well, all good efforts, will eventually pay dividends.
I always share with everyone around me, especially my clients that FitLine is NOT a miracle product. We still need to do our part - exercise, healthy diet, stress management, etc.
