Ever since I came back from my trip to Australia, I have been making extra effort to eat more healthily. In Australia, due to the abundant fresh fruits, vegetables, muesli, I had plenty of those daily.
Back here in KL, it really takes lots of effort. For the past few weeks, I have been putting extra effort not to touch deep fried food (my sins are Keropok Lekor), to eat in at least 1 meal a day.
Well, all good efforts, will eventually pay dividends.
I always share with everyone around me, especially my clients that FitLine is NOT a miracle product. We still need to do our part - exercise, healthy diet, stress management, etc.

Just Do It !
Over the past years, the one phrase that I constantly remind myself is, JUST DO IT. Dont' think, don't analyse, just take action.
One of it is, my decision to have more online visibility. This blog was started about 2 years ago. Ok, quite an achievement, to keep it updated fortnightly for the past 2 years.
My resolution for 2011 is to convert my online visibility to sales. Thus, I finally got a web designer to do a landing page after so long! Do check it out - www.abundanceinyourhands.com

Healthy and Wealthy
Chinese all over the world will be celebrating New Year, according to the Chinese calendar.
I wish everyone, Happy Chinese New Year. Health is wealth. Thus, can still indulge, but be mindful. Eat more of healthy (fruits and vegetable) around 80% and the sinful (fried, oily, processed), as little as possible.
