I didnt realise that it has been almost a month since my last post. Time really flies!
Not only that half of 2011 has left us, and now we are at the end of July. Wow. Everyday is just busy doing, doing and doing things.
I remember I heard someone said before, we are human 'doings', rather than human 'beings'. We are so busy 'doing' most of the time. To do list, goals to accomplish, etc. What about being? Just absorbing the moment, taking whatever comes along, and knowing that all things will pass, be it good or bad?
Currently, I am telling myself, that whatever opportunities that come along, I shall experience it. Who knows what it will lead me to?
Especially since I have been with FitLine for about 7 years now, I touch base with my initial clients, it's nice to know how both parties have accomplished and grown.
And to me, FitLine is still the BEST supplements in the market.
Nice.

Mind over Matter
Although it has been said over and over again, that everything is in the mind, at times, it's so difficult to practice it. The emotions over rule the logical mind.
I freeze, we freeze, thinking, what if, what if. The solution? Just freaking DO IT!
Over the weekend, I attended a team building event in the jungle. I have attended a few team building events, involving height and rope activities, thus those are nothing new to me.
However, what is new to me is, each time I am involved with such activities, I bring with me new experiences - the hangups I faced, the many walls I banged, the instances where I gave up due to many challenges, etc.
Thus, during the recent activities, I was determined to go through each and every obstacle, as a pledge to myself that I shall NEVER give up. I shall fight to the end, and finish my race.
I am currently facing many uphill battles, however, I know I will win. I am a winner

People Power!
A few of us wanted to book a particular venue for a function. I was asked to be in charge. And I did the necessary - correspond with the person in charge. And I was told the venue isnt available, although we know it is!
So how to get what we wanted? Instead of calling and emailing, we went directly to see the person in charge.
After a bit of rapport building, the person agreed to allow us to have the venue. WOW. Talk about team work. Talk about building rapport. Talk about winning people's heart.
Lesson learnt for me - it's still building bridges at the end of the day.
